For the YA-MAN Ulta Gondola Display, I collaborated closely with the Marketing Manager on a high-stakes pitch to get their products into Ulta retail stores. When you’re pitching to a major national retailer, the buyers need to see exactly how your brand is going to live in their space there’s no room for guesswork.
I developed a comprehensive presentation along with a full gondola display concept designed to show those buyers exactly how the products would translate to the showroom floor. Drawing on my years of design experience, I focused on a visual narrative that felt “retail-ready,” ensuring the display felt as premium as the tech it was holding. It was a massive undertaking with a lot on the line, and I’m incredibly proud of how the final pitch came together to bridge that gap between a concept and a physical retail presence.
